DAS further strengthens leadership team

DAS UK Group, the largest provider of legal expenses insurance in the UK, today announced the appointment of James Henderson as Managing Director Insurance for both UK and Ireland.

James joined from Centrica and will report to DAS UK Group CEO Andrew Burke. James is the latest and final addition to Andrew’s senior team which has been significantly strengthened in the last 12 months.

Since Andrew Burke took over as CEO 18 months ago he has focused on transforming the business, supported by continued active investment from the ERGO Group with a key focus on improved governance and enhanced customer and partner propositions.

The company has invested heavily in external specialist skill sets and experience while also recognising and promoting internal talent.

Commenting on the new team, CEO Andrew Burke said:
