The DAS UK team took Gold in the the ‘Best Recruitment Team in the Professional Services Sector’ category award at the annual In-House Recruitment Awards.

Our Monitoring and Performance Team, carries out call monitoring on 15 business areas, including the contact centre and claims handlers. The team has overseen a dramatic improvement in customer call quality scores over the last 12 months, as well as an increase in the number of customer testimonials.
