The awards, organised by Claims Media in association with Blume, recognised individuals, teams and providers across the personal injury sector. The intention of the awards is to identify high standards of practice and to inspire others to emulate the achievements demonstrated by those who have been shortlisted.
To be recognised as the best in the industry, against such strong competition, is a credit to everyone in our ATE team.

The Insurance Provider of the Year award was awarded based on several criteria, including how insurers delivered successful outcomes, how they have worked to raise standards in personal injury, and how they are making a positive difference in the wider community. DAS were regarded by the judging panel as being “a true standout in the field”
DAS have supported over 24,000 clients since the introduction of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (LASPO), and paying out £30m in claims in that time. 98.6% of partners reported being satisfied or extremely satisfied with working with DAS, and 100% said that they would recommend working with DAS.
