DAS UK Group has been shortlisted in the ‘Brand Management’ and ‘Risk & Resilience’ categories at this year’s British Insurance Awards (BIAs).
Held annually by the Insurance Post, the prestigious awards celebrate the exceptional achievements of the UK insurance industry.

Head of Marketing Communications & Brand Paul Mills commented: “This is fantastic recognition of the brand transformation happening at DAS UK. This category showcases the best work in insurance marketing, so we should be extremely proud of being shortlisted.”
The Risk & Resilience entry, meanwhile, detailed the outstanding work of the company’s Outsourcing team since 2015, and the key role it has played in strengthening corporate systems and controls that have also helped set the foundations for the company’s wider transformation.
Other nominees in this category include Crises Control, Flood Re and RMS.
Head of Outsourcing Jason Simms said: “I’m thrilled that we have been shortlisted by the BIAs. In terms of outsourcing controls and governance, we’ve moved a business risk mountain in the last three years, and have tried to articulate that in our submission. It’s a measure of how far we’re come as a business that we’ve been shortlisted for such a prestigious award.”
The awards ceremony takes place at the Royal Albert Hall, London on Wednesday 10 July.
