Judged by an independent panel of experts from across the sector, the Insurance Times Awards is the largest and most prestigious accolades of its kind, recognising and celebrating excellence and innovation across the breadth of UK insurance.

The DAS submission was centred on the transformation of our contact centre, but also drew in the newly launched suite of websites, skills for Amazon Alexa and Google Home, and the new e-trading platform.
