The DAS recruitment team has been shortlisted for three awards at this week’s In-House Recruitment Awards.
The team is up for Best Recruitment Team in the Professional Services Sector, Best Newcomer In-House Team, and Best Recruitment Team (in a company of less than 1,000 employees).
Now in their seventh year, the high profile awards recognise the achievements of UK in-house recruitment teams and the individuals that work in them, and are hosted by the In-house Recruitment Network, the leading community for in-house recruiters.
The 12 month timeframe detailed in their awards submissions was a prolific one for the team, in which they refined their recruitment strategy, invested in new talent, delivered a significant saving against both predicted external spend and operating costs, created a new applicant tracking system and on-boarding process, and launched two new careers website portals.
Entries to the awards are from in-house recruiters of all company sizes, across all industry sectors. Other award nominees include B&Q, Harrods, The AA, Vodafone, Grant Thornton and AXA UK.
The ceremony takes place at an awards dinner at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London on Wednesday 28th November.
